Supreme Court directs NCLAT, NCLT presidents to submit proposals on infrastructure, staff requirements
The Supreme Court has ordered the heads of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and the National Company Law Tribunal to provide detailed proposals on improving infrastructure and increasing staff. The request follows a petition by the NCLT Bar Association, which argues that at least 18 NCLT benches are limited to half‑day hearings because of insufficient members.
