Traders seek action against street vendors, encroachments in Dharwad
Traders in Dharwad have petitioned local authorities to curb unregulated street vending and illegal encroachments on public land, saying these activities disrupt commerce and threaten the viability of established shops. The traders’ association urged the municipal body to enforce existing regulations, remove unauthorized stalls, and ensure a level playing field for all businesses in the city.
