Mumbai Crime Branch invokes MCOCA against all accused in Tiger Shroff case
Mumbai's Crime Branch has secured approval under Section 23(1)(a) of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act on Oct. 27 to apply the law to every person charged in the Tiger Shroff investigation. The move brings all accused under MCOCA, allowing the authorities to pursue the case with the act's special provisions. The approval allows use of MCOCA's tougher measures.
