London Broncos to go without £1.3m RFL funding if they enter Super League next year
London Broncos have accepted a condition set by the current 14 Super League clubs that, should they gain promotion for the 2027 season, they must forfeit any claim to roughly £1.3 million of the Rugby Football League’s central distribution fund. The agreement means the club would compete without that financial support if it enters the top tier next year.
