BJP names Hardeep Singh Puri as candidate for Rajya Sabha bypoll in M.P.
BJP has announced former diplomat and Union minister Hardeep Singh Puri as its candidate for the upcoming Rajya Sabha by‑election in Madhya Pradesh. The poll, scheduled for 12 November, follows the resignation of L. Murugan from the Council of Ministers and his vacancy in the upper house. Puri will contest the seat on behalf of the party.
