SFI stages protest demanding certificate verification of contract lecturers
Students' Federation of India (SFI) organised a demonstration calling for verification of contract teachers' qualifications. The rally highlighted concerns over alleged irregularities and corporate influence within the state's intermediate education system. SFI members demanded that authorities check certificates to ensure proper hiring practices, asserting that current procedures compromise educational standards and call for stricter oversight by the education department.
