Dasara’s unsung heroes to be honoured with special lunch in Mysuru
During Mysuru's ten‑day Dasara celebrations, which drew hundreds of thousands of visitors, the city will host a special lunch to honour civic employees who worked continuously to keep the streets clean. The event aims to acknowledge these often‑overlooked workers for their essential role in maintaining hygiene throughout the festival. Organisers said the gesture highlights the importance of public service during large‑scale events.
