ACB arrests Mirchowk inspector, home guard in ₹3 lakh bribe case
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has detained a police inspector from Mirchowk and a home guard officer in connection with a ₹3 lakh bribe case. According to the ACB, the inspector allegedly asked for ₹6 lakh to drop a complaint lodged by the father of a victim. The arrests come after the officers were accused of demanding money to influence the investigation.
