CIIL launches open-source speech AI ecosystem for Indian languages
The Centre for Indian Language Innovation (CIIL) has introduced the Anuvani platform, an open‑source ecosystem for speech artificial intelligence focused on Indian languages. The initiative provides models that can identify languages and separate speakers in audio, aiming to support the country's linguistic variety.
