Theni jailbreak: Efforts are on to nab escaped prisoners who are still absconding, says T.N. Law Minister Nirmal Kumar
Law Minister Nirmal Kumar said authorities are actively pursuing the prisoners who escaped during the Theni jailbreak in the state, and that all efforts are being made to recapture them. He also dismissed claims that the recent arrest of former DMK minister Anbil Mahesh was driven by political vendetta, insisting the action was based on legal grounds.
