Tribal, Dalit advocacy groups in Keralam allege policy discrimination against SC, ST students in nursing admissions
Advocacy groups representing tribal and Dalit communities in Kerala have accused the state’s LBS Centre for Science and Technology of discriminatory practices in nursing college admissions. They claim that the order in which seats were allocated disadvantaged Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe applicants, preventing them from accessing higher‑tier seat upgrades. The groups have petitioned the government to address the alleged lapses.
