Cyclone Arnab: 10,176 households in 37 villages of Visakhapatnam district likely to be affected
The state government has prepared for Cyclone Arnab’s impact in Visakhapatnam district, identifying over ten thousand households across 37 villages that may be affected. Authorities have set up 54 relief camps capable of sheltering around 31,400 individuals and have appointed special officers to oversee disaster response in each of the district’s eleven mandals throughout the region.
