CII initiative reaches over 10,000 women students across 19 colleges
The Confederation of Indian Industry launched a program that reached more than 10,000 female students in 19 colleges. Over a month, 45 workshops were held to boost career readiness, leadership abilities, and workplace skills. The effort aims to empower women and improve their employability prospects. The program also offered mentorship and networking, linking students with industry experts.
