CMRL pay-off case: Kerala HC stays order to lodge FIR against ex-CM Pinarayi Vijayan, kin
The Kerala High Court has suspended the directive to file a criminal complaint against former chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his relatives in the CMRL pay‑off investigation. The court also put on hold the FIRs filed by the state's Vigilance and Anti‑Corruption Bureau and any further agency investigation until the appeals lodged by Vijayan and others are resolved.
