Switzerland. Block by block. At 1:1 scale
Developers have undertaken a project to recreate the entire country of Switzerland within a block‑based virtual environment, matching real‑world dimensions at a one‑to‑one scale. The effort involves translating geographic data into individual blocks, resulting in a detailed, massive representation that can be explored digitally. The initiative was highlighted on Hacker News, drawing interest from the tech community.
