SIR complaints must follow proper process: Arunachal CM
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu urged that any complaints under the Scheduled Tribes (Recognition) Act be submitted through the established procedure. He appealed to students and civil groups for calm, coming three days after unrest in Changlang district sparked by accusations that Chakma and Hajong residents who arrived after 2006 were improperly added to the electoral rolls.
