Kashmiri Pandits flag graveyard en route to Shankaracharya Hill, says ‘cropped up suddenly’
Local Kashmiri Pandit groups have raised concerns that a newly flagged graveyard has appeared along the route to Shankaracharya Hill in Srinagar. The Jammu and Kashmir Roads and Buildings department issued an order on September 12 authorising a spend of roughly 44.37 lakh rupees for the improvement of the Astan Aliya Syed Usman Sahib site situated on the same road.
