NDA secures six of nine urban local bodies in Kadapa district unopposed
India’s National Democratic Alliance (NDA) won control of six of the nine urban local bodies in Kadapa district, with candidates in those municipalities elected unopposed. The remaining three bodies will hold contested elections later. The outcome reflects the coalition’s strong position in the region ahead of upcoming local government polls. The State Election Commission validated the results.
