Ethical boundaries to detecting deepfakes: NCERT introduces 20-hour AI module for classes 9-12
India’s National Council of Educational Research and Training has launched a 20‑hour artificial‑intelligence curriculum for students in grades nine through twelve. Created with input from IIT Madras and IIT Jodhpur, the activity‑based module teaches how to identify deepfakes and discusses the ethical limits of such technology. The program aims to embed responsible AI awareness in school education.
