Tiruvannamalai Corporation sets up 10 temporary shelters for families in Arunachala Hills
The Tiruvannamalai municipal corporation has set up ten temporary shelters in the Arunachala Hills to house families displaced by recent heavy showers that flooded key town routes. Officials noted that main market roads and nearby lanes were inundated, and they are providing basic accommodation, food packets and medical kits for the affected residents, until floodwaters recede.
