TDB to set up food safety laboratory at Pampa for evaluation of FSSAI parameters in production of prasadam
Travancore Devaswom Board announced plans to establish a food‑safety laboratory at Pampa to test the compliance of prasadam with FSSAI standards. The facility aims to monitor hygiene and quality parameters in the offerings prepared for devotees, especially as the Sabarimala pilgrimage season approaches. Officials say the lab will, through systematic testing, help ensure safe consumption for pilgrims.
