Mysuru Dasara Food Mela vendors oppose lottery system for stall allotment
Vendors at Mysuru’s Dasara Food Mela have protested the use of a lottery to allocate stall spaces, saying the method is unfair and hampers planning. The vendors’ association has also requested that the authorities issue parking passes for those setting up stalls, arguing that dedicated parking would ease traffic and improve access during the festival.
