Students, farmers, civil society groups continue to protest against SIR, CEC
Hundreds of students, farmers and civil‑society groups marched in Delhi to oppose the Supreme Court’s interim relief (SIR) and the Election Commission’s (CEC) actions. Prominent leaders Yogendra Yadav and Annie Raja joined the demonstration, which also saw participation from farmer organisations. Police reported that 20 people were detained and one FIR was filed during the protest.
