Left parties, AAP join hands for GVMC polls; alliance backs 25 candidates
Left parties and the Aam Aadmi Party have formed an alliance for the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation elections. The Communist Party of India (Marxist) will contest 14 seats, the Communist Party of India 6, and the AAP 4, with an independent candidate also receiving support. Together, they back 25 candidates in the upcoming polls. This coalition aims to challenge the incumbent administration.
