Kerala's High Court will consider former chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his relatives' appeal challenging an FIR order on Oct. 26. Earlier, a Division Bench refused them permission to contest a Single Bench ruling, prompting a petition to the Supreme Court. The apex court temporarily halted the order for a week and directed the matter be reheard.
