BRICS Parliamentary Forum to meet in Delhi on October 26-27
The BRICS Parliamentary Forum will convene in Delhi on Oct 26‑27. The two‑day gathering aims to discuss cooperation among member states on legislative issues. Meanwhile, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla declined to comment on the postponed prorogation of the Monsoon Session and rumors of a special session on delimitation legislation. Birla's remarks came during a press briefing, saying the parliament's schedule will follow constitutional procedures.
