Mysuru Railway Division ramps up services, security for Dasara rush
The Mysuru Railway Division has boosted train operations and tightened security ahead of the Dasara festival period. It introduced five additional pairs of services on major routes such as Bengaluru, Arsikere, Chamarajanagar and the Davangere‑Hospet line to meet higher passenger demand. Enhanced policing and safety checks are also being deployed at stations. These steps aim to ease crowding and ensure smoother travel.
