Residents and daily travelers at Bengaluru’s Majestic transport hub raised concerns about ongoing issues such as overcrowding, inadequate sanitation and poor infrastructure, even after a surprise visit by a state minister. The complex, which includes the Kempegowda bus terminal, Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna railway station and Kempegowda metro stop, serves hundreds of thousands of passengers each day, making it the city’s busiest interchange.
