Draft GST return forms to be put up on ‘myGov.in’ portal on November 1 for public comments
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs will upload draft GST return forms on the myGov.in website starting November 1, inviting public feedback. CBIC’s GST policy chief Gaurav Singh highlighted that mismatched returns are a significant issue, causing roughly 80% of notices to be issued. The consultation aims to address these discrepancies before finalizing the forms.
