Guntur civic body secures national recognition for air pollution control
India's Guntur municipal corporation was honoured with a national award for its air‑pollution control efforts, highlighting progress in lowering particulate matter and improving overall air quality. Commissioner K. Mayur Ashok accepted the accolade from National Green Tribunal chair Justice Prakash Srivastava during a ceremony in New Delhi on Swachh Vayu Diwas. The corporation credited local residents for their cooperation.
