T.N. Real Estate Regulatory Authority reconstituted; retired IAS officer Phanindra Reddy appointed chief
The Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority has been reconstituted, naming retired IAS officer Phanindra Reddy as its new chief. Additionally, former IAS officers Reeta Harish Thakkar and Mythili K. Rajendran, ex‑district judge S. Kirubaharan Mathuram, and retired engineer‑in‑chief K. P. Sathyamurthy have been appointed as authority members. The reshuffle aims to strengthen oversight of real‑estate projects, the Tamil Nadu government said.
