India’s Enforcement Directorate (ED) is expected to challenge Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s appeal against a corruption FIR before a High Court division bench. Senior ED officials convened in Kochi to plan their legal response after the Supreme Court temporarily halted a police investigation that stemmed from a vigilance‑department FIR involving Vijayan, his daughter T. Veena and son‑in‑law Mohamed Riyas.
