Delhi Police seeks 3-day custody extension of CJP leaders Das, Ranka
Delhi police have applied to a court for a three‑day extension of judicial custody for two leaders of the Committee for Judicial Reforms, Amit Das and Rohan Ranka. The pair were first placed in five‑day custody on Oct. 14 after police said they entered the denotified protest area at Jantar Mantar without permission. The request comes as authorities continue investigations into alleged violations of protest regulations.
