Delhi officials have processed only about 0.27% of the 450,000 Form 6 applications submitted for inclusion. Roughly 239,000 of those were filed by people seeking re‑inclusion or applying for the first time after the draft roll was released. As of the latest update, the remaining 99.73% of cases are still pending review.
