CJP seeks urgent hearing in Delhi High Court challenging judicial custody of Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka
The office of the Chief Justice of India has filed an urgent petition in the Delhi High Court, asking for a night hearing to contest the judicial custody of Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka. Ratna Singh, the CJP’s legal chief, said the request was submitted to secure a prompt hearing and protect the individuals’ rights.
