Dhal Singh Bisen sworn in as Uttarakhand Governor
Former minister Dhal Singh Bisen took oath as the new governor of Uttarakhand, replacing retired Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh, who had held the post for more than five years. The ceremony was attended by state officials and Bisen pledged to uphold constitutional duties and work for the state's development.
