Actor Imran Khan moves Bombay HC against ‘arbitrary, illegal’ notice to leave India
Indian actor Imran Khan has filed a writ petition in the Bombay High Court challenging a notice that orders him to leave India. He argues the notice, issued after a complaint, breaches constitutional guarantees of equality and personal liberty under Articles 14 and 21. The latest notice also requires him, a U.S. citizen, to justify why his OCI card should not be revoked.
