During the third day of a food‑safety inspection drive, officials visited 100 sweet shops and served notices to 15 of them. Over the three‑day operation, 383 product samples were taken. Two operators were fined ₹7,000 each, and authorities confiscated 30 kg of khova that was found to be misbranded. The campaign targets adulteration in confectionery items and aims to ensure compliance with safety standards.
