CMRL payoff case: ED pastes summons outside ex-CM Pinarayi Vijayan's house, asks him to appear for questioning on Oct 23
India's Enforcement Directorate placed a summons on the gate of former Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan's residence, directing him to appear for questioning on Oct. 23 in connection with the CMRL payoff investigation. Officials said the action was meant to guarantee he receives the notice. Vijayan was not present at the house when the ED officials arrived.
