BDA should take back empty sites from owners who don’t build houses, says N.A. Haris
According to a report in The Hindu, N.A. Haris urged the Bangalore Development Authority to repossess vacant plots held by owners who have not constructed housing. He argued that reclaiming such idle land would help address the city's housing shortage and ensure better utilization of development resources. The call targets owners who have failed to meet building obligations.
