‘Sandalwood Night’ at Yuva Dasara curtailed by rain in Mysuru
Rain on October 16 forced organizers to end the ‘Sandalwood Night’ segment of Mysuru’s Yuva Dasara festival earlier than planned. Light to moderate showers interrupted performances by Kannada film personalities, but attendees continued to cheer and celebrate. Officials said the weather was unexpected, and safety measures prompted the curtailment while fans’ enthusiasm remained high throughout the evening.
