HC quashing Sugathan’s KAAPA detention vindicates BJP stand: Rajeev Chandrasekhar
The Supreme Court has overturned the detention of Sugathan, a former Karnataka AICC member, in a case involving the Karnataka Anti-Political Abuse (KAAPA) scheme.
