India’s Supreme Court has agreed to include a petition that claims opposition leader Rahul Gandhi physically pushed a pregnant journalist during an October 12 march. Senior advocate Gaurav Bhatia orally presented the application to Chief Justice Surya Kant, asserting the journalist was manhandled on the court’s grounds. The court will now formally consider the allegations.
