Andhra Pradesh High Court hands Gade Sai Krishna custodial death probe to CBI
India's Andhra Pradesh High Court ordered that the investigation into the alleged custodial death of Gade Sai Krishna be taken over by the Central Bureau of Investigation. The case had been examined by a state‑appointed Special Investigation Team since June, but the court and ruled the CBI should assume responsibility for the probe in the matter.
