Omar Abdullah writes to J&K chief secretary over IAS officer’s ‘misbehaviour’, says NC MLA Tanvir Sadiq
Omar Abdullah sent a letter to the chief secretary of Jammu and Kashmir raising concerns about alleged misconduct by IAS officer Kumar Rajiv Ranjan. NC MLA Tanvir Sadiq commented that, had J&K been a full state, the officer would have been transferred to the General Administration Department pending a formal inquiry into the reported abusive language used during an official meeting.
