Bihar Vigilance raids Rural Works Department engineer in disproportionate assets case
Bihar's vigilance department has conducted coordinated raids on a Rural Works Department engineer suspected of holding assets beyond his known income. The operations took place simultaneously at four sites: Chhapra, Patna, Katihar and Darjeeling. Investigators will also review bank statements and property records for irregularities as part of a broader anti-corruption probe.
