Meta announced that, beginning October 30, business accounts can choose to allow the company to scrape content from their websites. The consent‑based program aims to enhance Meta’s ad targeting and measurement tools by accessing publicly available data. Participation is optional, and businesses must explicitly opt in through Meta’s settings and comply with Meta's data usage policies before the rollout.
