‘Jailer 2’ movie review: Rajinikanth’s flourishes elevate Nelson’s rousing herogasm
The Hindu review says the sequel ‘Jailer 2’ improves on its predecessor, balancing Rajinikanth’s energetic performance with strong humor and a tighter narrative. Director Nelson is praised for knowing when to showcase the star’s charisma while maintaining plot momentum, resulting in an entertaining continuation that builds on the original’s framework. The pacing mixes high‑octane action with comic interludes, and the screenplay tightens earlier story arcs.
