Vizianagaram seeks shift of Mayor poll to October 29 over Sirimanotsavam
Vizianagaram municipal officials have requested that the scheduled mayoral election be moved to October 29, citing the upcoming Sirimanotsavam festival on October 27, which attracts large numbers of devotees from Andhra Pradesh and neighboring states.
