Tamil Nadu government fully prepared to face Northeast monsoon: Revenue Minister
Tamil Nadu’s Revenue Minister K.A. Sengottaiyan announced that the state is ready to confront the upcoming Northeast monsoon. He said the department has held multiple review meetings on readiness and that roughly 98% of planned preparedness activities have been finished, indicating near‑complete implementation of flood‑control, drainage and relief measures across the region through coordinated efforts by local authorities.
